A damp poof course and flashing material product designed for use in timber / concrete construct. Damp-A-Thene is a polyethylene-based strip with a lightly embossed finish on one side. It is supplied in rolls of 50, 90, 100, 150 and 200 mm wide and 25 and 50 M long. (Other size roll width up to 1200 mm can be supplied on order). Damp-A-Thene is intended for use as a damp proof course separating timber and wood-based products from concrete or other masonry elements. Damp-A-Thene is also intended for use as a flashing material for weather sealing wall claddings.
